Santa Cruz and Monterey

I went and visited Jeff the last weekend in July. I arrived on a Friday early evening, and we drove down to Santa Cruz where we stayed the night at the Hilton Santa Cruz/Scotts Valley. It was a great hotel and we loved it!! Saturday morning, we drove down to the beach and had breakfast at the Beach Street Cafe which is this little cafe on the corner and it was so good! From there, we drove to Monterey where we wandered all around town and went and saw the aquarium. I love aquariums and this one was no exception. The only downside was that there were so many people around, but Jeff and I were able to see everything and we got some great pictures too! We were going to drive further south to Asilomar, but we were both tired and decided to go to Asilomar next time, but for now, head back into San Francisco. Since my flight wasn't until Monday morning, Jeff and I had all day Sunday to walk around San Francisco. We walked around looked at a few gorgeous apartments, looked at the Grace Cathedral (which is amazing), and then headed downtown because Jeff wanted some new Merrell's (which he found and bought). I reluctantly left Monday morning with the hopes of returning to San Francisco soon! Now though, I go to Destin, Florida with the family in one week and I can't wait. Then in October, I will go to Italy for two weeks hopefully with Jeff!!!!

Sono andata a San Francisco l'ultimo weekend di luglio. Il venerdi' sera, siamo andati a Santa Cruz dove siamo stati molto bene al'Hilton che c'e'. Poi abbiamo guidato al mare dove abbiamo fatto la colazione che era molto buona! Dopo di che, siamo andati a Monterey e siamo andati a vedere l'acuario, che era meraviglioso!!! La domenica, l'abbiamo passata girando per San Francisco guardando apartamenti e la catedrale. Adesso, non vedo l'ora di tornare a San Francisco, pero' la prossima settimana vado a Destin, Florida con i miei genitori e fratello, e poi a ottobre, saro' in Italia!!!!
