From Italy and Beyond!

Sunrise on my way to work

I may have taken a short little hiatus from blogging, but rest assured, I am back now! Nothing too exciting has happened since I returned from Italy. Jeff and I had our first Thanksgiving together that we cooked and it was so much fun. We cooked a delicious 11 pound turkey (we named him Norbert), and realized that cooking a turkey really isn't that difficult (despite what everyone else said). We ate with some wonderful friends that we have in the city and had a great time. And then it is onto Christmas! The house is already all decorated and has been for a few weeks already (another post to follow with all the decorations I have up) so that's been fun getting into the holiday spirit. Now I'm in Salt Lake spending time with my parents and then it's off to Vegas for Jeff's birthday weekend! All in all, a pretty great November (another year already gone), and looking forward to an even more exciting December!

Proud to say I cleaned the turkey all by myself

Ready to tan!

Jeff did a pretty amazing job cooking Norbert

Our feast!

All gone! But made some amazing turkey noodle soup with the leftovers

No trip to Salt Lake would be complete without some family pictures!

And the stockings were hung by the chimney with care...
