Mio papa' fa clinica a Las Vegas ogni mese e a settembre, l'aveva durante le mie vacanze. Allora, sono andata a trovarlo. Poi, lui e' tornato a San Diego con me.

One of my must-sees in Vegas is the Conservatory at the Bellagio. The past few times I've gone, it's always been under construction/changing. This time, I called and made sure it would be open. Their displays are always breathtaking.
Una delle mie cose preferite da vedere a Las Vegas e' il conservatorio che c'e' dentro al Bellagio. Le ultime volte che c'ero andata lo stavano allestando. Pero' questa volta, ho anche chiamato per essere sicura che era aperto. Fanno sempre un ottimo lavoro.
Ah. The best part of the trip. I have been wanting to see "O" forever. It's the one Cirque Du Soleil show that I really wanted to see because it takes place in a pool. My parents surprised me and said that my dad and I would be going to see it. Cue the excitement and jumping up and down. Not only did my dad and I see it, but we were in the third row. The seats were amazing. The show was breathtaking, wonderful, spectacular, and left me speechless.
La parte piu' bella del viaggio. Erano anni che volevo andare a vedere "O." Era l'unico show di Cirque du Soleil che volevo vedere perche' lo fanno in acqua. Per il mio compleanno, i miei hanno detto che ci potevamo andare. Allora, con mio papa', ci siamo andati. Non solo. Eravamo nella terza fila! Cioe' non posso descrivere com'era bello. Sono proprio bravi quelli che lo fanno.

Prior to driving out to Vegas, I had heard about the Seven Magic Mountains. Since it was on our way home, we made a stop there. It's pretty cool to see all these beautiful colors against the desert landscape.
Prima di andare a Vegas, avevo sentito parlare delle Sette Montagne Magiche. Visto che era sulla via di casa, ci siamo fermati. Era molto bello vedere questi sassi pitturati cosi' colorati sul marrone del deserto.
