Right when I got in, I went over to meet up with my friend from high school, Kelly.

Saturday morning, we woke up to a beautiful day, but cold temperatures. Andrew and Katie, my friends from San Diego that live here now, took me to see Lake Michigan. It was gorgeous and looked *almost* like the ocean.

And then we wandered around Chicago seeing all the sights.

My last morning, we went to the Lincoln Park Zoo, which is free! While it was quite chilly, the lions and gorillas were particularly active and it was fun to see them.
