La Torta delle Rose is probably one of my favorite cakes. My grandmother used to make it for me whenever I would go to Italy. It was a laborious task for her, especially in the summer, because it requires multiple steps, and cooks for a while in the oven. I found the recipe that she had given me and decided to try my hand at it.
La torta delle rose e' una de le mie torte preferite. Mia nonna la faceva per me quando andavo in Italia, anche' d'estate quando c'era molto caldo. Ho trovato la ricetta che mi aveva dato e l'ho fatta.
