Malahide

I had heard of Malahide Castle while watching an episode of House Hunters International. Once I saw it, I knew I had to make my way there. Luckily, it was only a 30 minute bus ride north of Dublin. It was so worth it!

I entered from the back and it was stunning.

There was the most darling store and bakery inside the visitor center - Avoca.
I could have bought everything.
Io avrei comprato tutto!

Yay! Sun! You can tour the gardens and the grounds free of charge, but need a ticket to go inside. With the ticket comes a guided tour - do it!

The lacework!

All hand done and preserved after hundreds of years

After touring the castle, I ventured into the town. I didn't want to leave. It was just so pretty.
