One of my dad's favorite places to go is Pontremoli to visit the museum of the Statue Stele. We went as kids, and let him take us through again. The museum has changed since we were last there, but we had fun.

After touring the museum, we drove to Lerici to make the most of the sunny day.

One afternoon, my uncle took Andy and I around Torrechiara. This is one of the many castles around Parma. We weren't able to go inside, but wandered around outside.
Un pomeriggio, lo zio ha portato me e Andy a vedere Torrechiara. Non si poteva andare dentro perche' era chiuso, pero' abbiamo caminato attorno.

With Simone, Andy, and my uncle, we toured the Teatro Farnese. The Theatre was built because the Medici family was going to be coming through Parma and Ranuccio, the Duke, wanted to welcome them. It is a stunning theatre.
