Almost spring! March in San Diego is always hit or miss with weather. I feel like we had it all this month! It was busy with school wrapping up third quarter, a quick east coast getaway, and celebrating our one year wedding anniversary!
E' quasi primavera! Marzo a San Diego non si sa mai come sara' il tempo. Questo mese era impegnato con la scuola, una mini-vacanza a New York e Washington DC, e il nostro primo anniversario!

Spring Break! Time for Spritz!
For our one year anniversary, we went to dinner at Buona Forchetta. Andy bought me beautiful flowers and a bottle of the wine we had when he proposed. He also had a cheese plate/board sent to the house for us to enjoy. I got him our wedding song printed and framed and we framed our wedding pictures.
Per il nostro anniversario, siamo andati a mangiare da Buona Forchetta. Andy ha preso dei fiori e la bottiglia di vino che avevamo aperto quando ci siamo fidanzati. Ha anche ordinato un piatto con formaggi e salumi. Io li ho preso la nostra canzone stampata e ho fatto stampare e appeso foto del nostro matrimonio.
For Easter, Simone and Goofy came down and we feasted! I made spinach and ricotta streusel, cappelletti (didn't take any pics - we ate them too fast!), saltimbocca, and a fruit tart.
Per Pasqua, Simone e Goofy sono venuti. Io ho fatto uno strudel con spinaci e ricotta, cappelletti, saltimbocca, e una torta di frutta.
