March 2023 - Italians in San Diego!

We were so fortunate that all of our family from Italy was able to make the trek to San Diego to celebrate our wedding with us! We spent a few days around San Diego and then all 13 of us went to Disneyland for a few days. These are memories I'll treasure forever.

Siamo stati fortunati che tutti quelli in Italia sono riusciti a venire a San Diego per il matrimonio. Abbiamo girato San Diego per un paio di giorni e poi siamo andati a Disneyland con tutti 13!

March 2023 - Wedding!

We got married! It was a beautiful day surrounded by our family and friends. Could not have been more perfect.

March 2023 - Work Bridal Shower and Misc

My sweet colleagues threw me a bridal shower at work. The love of my work family was truly felt. I am so lucky to have such kind and wonderful colleagues.

I miei colleghi hanno fatto una mini festa per celebrare il mio matrimonio. Sono state troppo carine e sono molto fortunata a lavorare con de la gente cosi' simpatica.

January 2023 - Bachelorette and Bridal Shower

For my bachelorette we went to dinner at Rustic Root. I had never been and will definitely go back because the spot is really cool but the food and drinks were on point! 

Per il mio bachelorette, sono andata a cena in un posto nuovo. Era non solo buono, ma il posto e' molto carino. 

After dinner, we walked the two blocks to Trailer Park - my favorite place! We danced ALL night and had a trailer that was our home base. It was SO much fun!

Dopo cena, siamo andati nel mio posto preferito per ballare. Abbiamo ballato tutta notte e ci siamo divertiti molto! 

The next afternoon, Christina hosted a Bridal Shower. It was delicious and beautiful. 

Il giorno dopo, la Christina ci ha ospitato per una bridal shower. Tutto era molto buono!

San Diego, Wedding

July and August 2022

 The Fourth of July was right when I got back from Italy. We had a few friends over and celebrated - the fireworks show did not disappoint.

Il quattro di luglio era un paio di giorni dopo che sono tornata da l'Italia. Abbiamo avuto un paio di amici a cena per celebrare. Lo spettacolo con I fuochi d'artificio era molto bello.

My mom came soon after and we saw about ten different wedding venues before picking one and even found a wedding dress! March 2023 will be here before we know it!

Mia mamma e arrivata poco dopo e siamo andati a vedere tanti posti per il matrimonio. Ne abbiamo trovato/scelto uno e io ho anche trovato il mio vestito! Sara' marzo 2023 fra poco!

My friend from high school, Cristina, was in Southern California for work and so we met up in Oceanside for dinner. We stopped by the Top Gun House for some pie. 

Una mia amica, Cristina, era vicino a San Diego, allora ci siamo trovate a Oceanside per cena. Ci siamo fermate a prendere il dolce ne la casa che era nel film Top Gun.

Andy and I also went cake tasting for the wedding! There are so many amazing bakeries in San Diego, it was hard narrowing it down to a few to try out. We ended up sampling Twiggs, Frost Me, and Babycakes.

Io e Andy siamo andati ad assaggiare le torte per il matrimonio. Ci sono tanti posti buoni a San Diego, solo scegliendone un paio per assaggiare era difficile! Penso che abbiamo fatto una scelte buona pero'!
